our story

not your traditional, ‘my grandma’s recipe’ story! baking wasn’t a family tradition
for us. in fact, i discovered my love for baking during those sleepless nights and the exhausting days of new motherhood. baking became my escape, my source of sanity and a way to express myself.

i constantly experimented with new recipes and continued to add my personal
touch. i’ve always had a love for chocolate, so naturally brownies were something i baked a lot. after numerous trials, errors and baking experiences, i refined a recipe that i’ve never looked back from and am immensely proud of!

then, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and i decided to launch a home-based dessert business. alongside my signature brownies, i offered a variety of other chocolate treats. this experience revealed that my brownies needed to shine on their own in a manner that would make them even more attractive and fulfilling.

i was in search of a product that possessed both aesthetic charm and the potential to serve as the ideal gift, all while offering our customers the freedom to personalize each brownie. it needed to be something suitable for sharing at gatherings and also environmentally friendly. this led me to transition from individual brownie pieces to the introduction of the beautiful brownie slab.

and that’s how brownie bae was born!
