how do i place an order?

how far in advance should i place an order?

it is recommended to place your order as soon as you know as we only accept a limited number of orders per day. each brownie is handcrafted just for you, so we require a minimum of 4 days notice to ensure the best quality and taste.

can i customize my order for special occasions?

yes! we love customizations! check out our brownie bae slab for the perfect custom gift for any occasion.

do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

we sure do! email us at info@browniebae.ca for bulk or corporate orders.

i’d like to change my custom message on the brownie bae slab, can i?

we can change your custom message as long as you let us know at least 3 days before your order is due so we can make the necessary preps! 

what serving sizes are your brownie slabs?

our brownie slabs are perfect for sharing! each slab typically serves 8-10 people.

our slabs are approximately 21cm x 21cm. use your imagination and cut your slabs as you wish! for best results, we recommend cutting them into 16 square pieces.

what is the shelf life of your brownies?

to ensure quality and taste, store your brownies in an airtight container for up to 5 days at room temperature or a week in the refrigerator. 

do you offer halal, gluten-free or vegan options?

all our products have ingredients suitable for a halal diet. at this moment we do not offer gluten-free or vegan options, but we hope to in the future!

are there any allergen concerns i should be aware of?

our products may not be suitable for those with food allergens including: 

  • wheat
  • eggs
  • soy
  • milk
  • hazelnuts

please be aware that our brownies are prepared in a kitchen where nuts and other food allergens are used and cross-contamination may occur. 

do you offer local pick up?

yes! our pick-up location is in the heart of streetsville, mississauga, just off queen street. precise location details will be provided in your confirmation email once the order is placed. all pick-ups must be scheduled ahead of time.

what’s your refund policy?

all orders are final once they are placed. since each batch is handcrafted just for you, we do not currently offer refunds or cancellations. if you have any concerns about your order, feel free to email us at info@browniebae.ca and we’ll do our best to assist you.
